I bet you they will reintroduce Land Transport Officers to police the roads and leave cops to seperate Maori kids from their families.
I'm wondering where the increased capacity for Police to do all this is going to come from. More drug testing, more alcohol testing, wipe out the gangs, stop boy racers etc etc, but no mention of extra funding. Ministers give these impossible politicised targets instead of leaving policing to the people who know what they're talking about.

So disturbing that the technology for a quick roadside drug test does not exist. 😥 But hey, facts haven't gotten in the way so far, why start now?
