Good on the Wellington Mayor for her response to some a-hole sending out video of her enjoying herself... I note the bar manager does not feel anything problematic happened, so seems malicious & targetted by some "opposition" person who doesn't like her politics, or race, or gender? However, if indeed there is addiction to alcohol involved, I would observe that it is a) only problematic if it detrimentally affects job performance and b) some of the highest achieving persons around the globe are recovering addicts, as empathy & understanding of the other is a huge part of the recovery process.
