🤔A bit of a difficult one with phones in cars i.e. I use mine for navigation & can "talk" to it to give instructions, and it is also handsfree... So how does a camera (or the kind of stupid police person who phones someone while they are driving for that matter!😱) tell the difference, but also... HANDSFREE DUH! I didn't think it was about TALKING per se, or else we would not be allowed to talk to passengers 🤷
Also, another round of govt decisions (and bad ones at that) done in service to a lobby group 🤬- so now they can give a Minister an ultimatuum about the date they want a decision by, and that date just HAPPENS to preclude the "updated advice from the environment ministry" which should have been taken into account. No wonder this CoC is getting rid of public sector employees - they don't see the need for them because they don't use their expertise or research anyway 🤬
